Good at discipline and disputes management resulting in reduced indiscipline & litigation and enhanced industrial peace. With training and motivation skills, had been a pillar of support in building high performance culture. As an Assessor and Trainer, worked with other consulting organizations for many organizations in assessing and training up to senior management and leadership levels. Served in many sectors viz, manufacturing, processing, auto and auto ancillary, FMCG, Food, Retail, Electrical component, Micro finance, ITES & Chemicals.
